1. What this site is

This site describes ELEVEN28, publishes its Journal, and allows a request for consideration to be submitted. It is an information service.

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to invest, a recommendation, or financial, tax, legal or investment advice. The Journal is editorial writing. It is not research and must not be relied on when making a financial decision. Take your own professional advice.

2. Requests for consideration

Submitting a request for consideration creates no obligation on either side. ELEVEN28 admits members at its sole discretion, is not required to give reasons, and is not required to respond.

You confirm that what you submit is true, that it is your own, and that you are entitled to submit any information it contains about another person. We may decline or remove a request at any time.

3. Member access

Member accounts are issued by ELEVEN28 and are personal to the member. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your authority.

We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached, where an account is being misused, or where we reasonably suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to this site. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its accounts, its infrastructure or its data;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or defeat any security or authentication measure;
• submit anything unlawful, deliberately false, defamatory or designed to interfere with the site’s operation;
• scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its content, whether by automated means or otherwise;
• use the site or its content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission; or
• use the site in a way that impairs it for anyone else.

We monitor for automated abuse and rate-limit accordingly.

5. Intellectual property

The name ELEVEN28, the marks and logotypes on this site, its design, its photography and the text of the Journal belong to ELEVEN28 or are used under licence. Except as section 4 allows, they may not be copied, republished or adapted without written permission.

Any feedback you send us may be used without obligation or payment.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We may modify these terms; the version published here is the one that applies, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

Where we link to another website we do not control it and we do not endorse it. You follow such a link at your own risk.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
